How do half board and full board work?
At Hotel Ambasciatori, every meal begins with a generous buffet featuring salads, vegetables and appetisers. Lunch is served entirely as a buffet, while dinner features table service for the main menu. To ensure the highest quality of service, meal service may vary depending on occupancy and can be either buffet-style or table service. Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, drinks are not included.
Can I add lunch or dinner if it isn't included in my booking?
Yes. Subject to restaurant availability, you can add lunch, dinner or both during your stay by contacting the reception.
Are vegetarian, gluten-free or special dietary options available?
Yes. Every day our buffet includes vegetarian dishes and a selection of foods that are naturally gluten-free. If you have specific dietary requirements or food intolerances, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that we do not have a separate dedicated kitchen, therefore we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.

Are pets allowed?
Yes. Small pets are welcome for an additional daily charge. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are not permitted in the restaurant or in the swimming pool area.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Rooms are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:30 am on the day of departure. You are welcome to enjoy any services included in your booking, such as beach service or lunch, even before your room is ready. Subject to availability and for an additional charge, you can also request a late check-out, allowing you to keep your room until later in the afternoon.
